Founded in 1954, the College of Basic Medical Sciences of Jilin University has a rich faculty background and an excellent teaching and research tradition. The Bachelor Degree Program in Clinical Medicine (Taught in English) for International Students (MBBS) is a program that set up by Jilin University in accordance with the international standards of medical education formulated by the World Health Organization (WHO) by integrating university’s superior medical resources. In April 2023, the College of Basic Medical Sciences formally undertook the training of undergraduate students studying abroad in clinical medicine. The college attaches great importance to the education of international students and has always adhered to the core of student development and put the quality of talent cultivation in the first place. The College has gradually improved the training system for international students, trained numerous outstanding medical professionals, and made great contributions to the development of medical and health care in China and the world.
