All international applicants were in high spirits and well-prepared. During the interviews, the panel assessed candidates against core criteria: English proficiency, medical knowledge and passion for medicine, learning competence and mental resilience, cross-cultural adaptability, communication and teamwork skills, thinking agility and responsiveness, as well as humanistic literacy. The candidates answered questions calmly and coherently, showcasing solid academic foundations from their pre-medical studies and a positive learning attitude.

Apart from evaluating applicants’ current academic performance, the interviews also focused on their independent learning capabilities, cross-cultural adaptability and potential for medical career development. The assessment is fully consistent with the recruitment and training goals of the international MBBS program. All interviewers adopted unified scoring standards and marked papers objectively, ensuring the standardization and credibility of the admission assessment.
